What Customers Say ...
Having been a regular customer of the Grattan catalogue for many years now, I gave Kaleidoscope a try, and have found the service quite a good one.
The web site was easy to use and the quality of products in my opinion are of a high standard and if you are not entirely satisfied then you can return it free of charge either at a local Post Office or a courier will come to your own house and collect the parcel. Which is a good idea when you dont feel like going out on a rainy day!

What the press say ...
The UK's big five catalogue retailers,
Littlewoods, Great Universal Stores, Grattan,
Freemans and
Empire (now Redcats) are suffering a dramatic decline in their business and are acting "like rabbits in the headlights", according to an industry report.
The firms, which offer home shopping through catalogues and 'agents', have seen their sales and profits decline sharply. Retail analysts Verdict Research blame the changing social structure of the country for the drop in revenue.
Catalogue shopping - or agency mail order - once saw people, usually women, sell merchandise to a circle of family, friends and acquaintances. After a poor year in 2005 Grattan Catalogues 2006 performance is a lot more healthy.
