They deliver direct to your door, normally within 3-4 days for in stock items. There is no charge for post & packing unless you choose their Priority Delivery Service (see below). Please note, they reserve the right, on occasions, to ask for a delivery charge on any order placed of up to £1.99. Items that are sent direct from the manufacturer may take longer to be delivered. Please note, this delivery policy does not apply to orders from their preview catalogues - please refer to the homepage of the preview catalogue website for delivery dates for these orders.
Priority Delivery
Need your goods even faster? Then take advantage of their Priority Delivery Service up to a cost of £4.50 by selecting the "Priority Delivery" option on the checkout page. There is an additional charge per order which covers any number of products. The priority delivery charge will be automatically calculated on the checkout page. At present they are unable to offer Priority Delivery in certain areas of mainland UK. This service is subject to availability of goods and your own credit status, and does not apply to personalised products or those dispatched direct from the manufacturer.
Returns
"We want you to be delighted with the products and services we provide, so we guarantee that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you order from us, simply return it within the 28 day approval period in new condition. VivaLaDiva.com is 2 years old now, having been established in November 2005. The range continues to expand and develop as more top shoe designers like Armani, Christian Dior and DKNY and brands come on board.
