Delivery: There is a postage and packing charge of £2.95 per order for the delivery of goods and this charge remains the same whatever size of your order. You should normally receive your goods within 5 to 10 working days of them receiving your order.
Returns: Each parcel contains an up-to-date delivery note, listing items enclosed and explaining if they have been unable to send some of your order. Keep this until you are sure you are satisfied with everything. A FREE returns label is also provided attached to your delivery note in case you need to return or exchange an item.
