As it heads towards its tenth anniversary in 2004, the company that began life as a 12 page mail-order brochure has become one of the UK's fastest growing multi-channel retailers. With over 410,000 customers, it produces eight brochures a year, operates a highly successful website and, in October 2004, will open its eleventh UK store in St Albans.
