The most popular home shopping payment method is with a Personal Account. Every 28 days they send you a statement by post.

Your statement shows:
• What’s been sent to you
• What you’ve paid
• The balance still to be paid
• The minimum payment required

You can then make a payment into your account by a variety of methods (see their payment options page on their website for full details), the easiest of which is via their website . Oxendales regret that they cannot accept direct transfers from your bank account to theirs (via online banking or otherwise).Purchased items are only charged to your account once you have received them (so your balance will not include them until this time). However, the value of these items will be deducted from your available credit as soon as you have ordered them, to ensure that you do not exceed your credit limit.

Delivery: They normally deliver direct to your door within 5 days for ‘in stock’ items. Items that are sent direct from the manufacturer, heavy furniture and goods requiring personalisation may take a little longer.
On the rare occasions that an item is out of stock they may send you a carefully chosen alternative of equivalent quality and price.

Priority Delivery
Need your goods even faster? Then take advantage of their Priority Delivery Service up to a cost of £4.00 by selecting the "Priority Delivery" option on the checkout page. There is an additional charge per order which covers any number of items. The priority delivery charge will be automatically calculated on the checkout page. At present they are unable to offer Priority Delivery in certain areas of mainland UK.

Returns "We want you to be delighted with the products and services we provide, so we guarantee that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you order from us, simply return it within the 28 day approval period in new condition. If, after purchase, any product fails to give reasonable wear due to either defective workmanship or materials, we should be able to replace, repair, or credit all or part of the purchase price to your account. If you live in an area covered by our courier service, your courier will be happy to collect any returns. Otherwise, you can return goods to us by post, provided you obtain a Certificate of Posting."
