Delivery: They normally deliver direct to your door within 5 days for ‘in stock’ items. Items that are sent direct from the manufacturer, heavy furniture and goods requiring personalisation may take a little longer.
On the rare occasions that an item is out of stock they may send you a carefully chosen alternative of equivalent quality and price.
Priority Delivery

There is an additional charge per order which covers any number of items. The priority delivery charge will be automatically calculated on the checkout page. At present they are unable to offer Priority Delivery in certain areas of mainland UK.
Returns "We want you to be delighted with the products and services we provide, so we guarantee that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you order from us, simply return it within the 28 day approval period in new condition. If, after purchase, any product fails to give reasonable wear due to either defective workmanship or materials, we should be able to replace, repair, or credit all or part of the purchase price to your account. If you live in an area covered by our courier service, your courier will be happy to collect any returns. Otherwise, you can return goods to us by post, provided you obtain a Certificate of Posting."
