Items that are sent direct from the manufacturer, heavy furniture and goods requiring personalisation may take a little longer. They nomally charge £2.99 post & packing on each order placed. If you need your goods even faster, then take advantage of their Priority Delivery Service at a cost of £3.50 plus your normal post and packing charge by selecting the "Priority Delivery" option on the checkout page.
Returns Their Home Approval period is 28 days from receipt. Return of goods made by you outside this period may not be accepted by New Now and may be returned by New Now to you at your expense. In addition credit may be given in the form of a credit note which can be redeemed against future orders within the next six months.
