Delivery: New Look have a new FREE delivery service called ‘Click and Collect’ which allows customers to buy items and have them delivered to a store of their choice, anywhere in the UK. Standard Delivery service takes 3-5 working days and costs £3.50. If you’re in a hurry you should use their Express Delivery option, which costs a little more at £4.95, but means that they'll send your order using first-class post, if you place your order before 2pm on Monday-Friday, they'll send it out on the same day. They charge the same amount for delivery no matter how many items you order – so you can order as much as you like!
Returns You can return anything you've bought from the website, provided you take reasonable care of them. This means you can look at and try items on as you would in one of their stores, but you mustn’t remove any labels or protective strips or wear them outside. You may not try on pierced jewellery.
Return to the Store - you can return any New Look clothes to the store (excluding factory outlets) within 28 days of purchase for an immediate exchange or refund. Please make sure you bring the despatch note with you as proof of purchase.
Return by post - you can return products by post to their Fulfilment Centre within 14 days of purchase for a refund only. They will refund the full price you paid for the products, using the same method you used to pay for them, within 30 days of our receiving the Products.

Potted History ...
The first New Look store was opened in Taunton in 1969. Nineteen years later they opened a store in France and by 1994 there were 200 stores open worldwide. New Look were floated on the London Stock Exchange in 1998 and became online in 2007 with www.newlook.co.uk.
