Delivery: If you order at any time, your goods will usually be delivered within 3 to 4 working days. Their free courier service is available in most areas of mainland Great Britain. Larger items, such as furniture & large electricals, and direct despatch items are not delivered by our courier service. In such cases you will be advised on expected delivery dates when you place your order. Next day delivery is now available and will cost just £3.50.
Returns Most goods come with a 14-day home approval policy. Thereafter they do not accept items for return or exchange unless the item is faulty.

Freemans started its mail order business in 1905 in Clapham - a gas-lit, London suburb. Back then, cigarettes were 10 for tuppence and a "Celebrated Freemans made-to-measure suit", cost less than 30/- That's £1.10 to us! The founders of the Company were: A.C. Rampton, W.E. Jones, S.C.
