Delivery: There is a postage and packing charge of £2.45 per order for the delivery of goods, and this charge remains the same regardless of how many items make up your order. You should normally receive your goods within 7 to 10 working days of us receiving your order.
Returns: If you decide that anything you receive is unsuitable you can return it to us free of charge. Please use the original packaging to return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. You will find a returns form on the back of the delivery advice note in your parcel. Please complete the form including the reason for return and enclose it with the goods you are returning. If you live in an area covered by Daxon's Courier Service they can even arrange collection which usually takes between 2 and 5 days.
