Please allow up to 10 working days for the delivery of your items from receipt of order. On occasions there may be a minimal delay due to the fact that our products are dispatched from France. Delivery is subject to availability. Your parcel will be delivered by the couriers Parcelnet. A delivery charge of £3.50 per order will be added to cover postage and packaging. Please note that we can only deliver to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.
Returns:

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, we will be happy to exchange it for an alternative product or refund you the full purchase price.
