Home Delivery:
Bon Prix aim to deliver within 6 working days from receipt of your order. On occasions there may be a minimal delay due to the fact that Bon Prix products are dispatched from France. Delivery is subject to availability. Your parcel will be delivered by the couriers Parcelnet. A delivery charge of £3.99 per order will be added to cover postage and packaging. Please note that they can only deliver to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.
Returns:
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, Bon Prix will be happy to exchange it for an alternative product or refund you the full purchase price. Goods can be returned, unused in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Complete and enclose the return form from your delivery note inside your parcel. Their returns courier service is free of charge.
