Returns: If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase return it within 16 days. We give you 16 days to decide whether the products you have bought from us are just what you need. If they're not, we'll either exchange them or offer a full refund. You can either return them to any store within 16 days of delivery, unused in their original packaging, together with the receipt or order number (can be found on your order acknowledgement or delivery packaging), or we can arrange to collect it free of charge.

Argos Direct home shopping was founded in 1973 and is now the UK's leading general merchandise retailer with sales of over £3 billion (financial year April 2003-March 2004). Owned by GUS plc and part of the Argos Retail Group, Argos now has nearly 600 stores throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland, as well as distribution centres, call centres and its head office in Milton Keynes, employing over 23,000 people in total.
